FlipStaff ("we", "us", or "our") is a hiring and staffing platform for resellers, e-commerce operators, and social media businesses. Our website is flipstaff.co. We connect operators with vetted virtual assistants and provide onboarding training resources.

We collect information you provide directly when you:
- Submit a VA or operator application (name, email, phone, work history, business details)
- Create an account or log in
- Contact us by email
We also collect standard technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. This data is used solely to operate and improve the site.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To review and process VA and operator applications
- To display approved VA profiles in our public directory
- To send application confirmation and status update emails
- To provide access to your profile and training resources
- To improve our platform and communicate relevant updates
4. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider
- Vercel — our hosting provider
- Operators who are matched with you through the platform (limited to your approved profile data)
5. Data Retention
Rejected applications are deleted immediately. Approved VA profiles remain in our directory until you request removal. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@flipstaff.co.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@flipstaff.co. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
