That operator background is exactly why he built FlipStaff: he needed VAs who actually understood the reseller workflow, not generic hires who had to be taught from scratch. She is a Talent Acquisition professional with experience across corporate, BPO, and virtual assistant industries, supporting hiring initiatives in both the UK and U.S. At FlipStaff she owns the entire pipeline: sourcing, CV screening, interviews, assessments, ATS management, and onboarding. Over the past year she has personally recruited and placed dozens of VAs for resellers and e-commerce operators, keeping the process efficient and the candidate experience exceptional at every step.
